Shipping Policy
Nationwide Delivery
Pilates Warehouse delivers to all major cities and outlying areas across South Africa. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Dispatch: In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit: Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days from order date. Outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer.
Back-orders / Pre-orders: We’ll contact you with estimated lead times before shipping.
Note: Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, public holidays, courier delays, or regional disruptions.
3. Delivery Days
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Delivery Fees
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and parcel weight/dimensions.
Large or heavy equipment may require freight delivery and incur additional costs for remote areas.
All fees are displayed before payment is completed.
5. Tracking & Communication
A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Couriers may not always call before delivery.
If any unexpected delay occurs, we’ll update you as soon as possible.
6. Receiving Your Order
Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Please double-check your address, complex name, unit number, and postal code at checkout.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
If you authorise delivery to be left unattended (“Authority to Leave”), risk transfers to you once the parcel is delivered and scanned.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
If no one is available to receive the parcel, or if the address is incorrect/incomplete, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Once an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting are not guaranteed and may incur extra courier charges.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.
If any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies are found:
Notify us in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging/product, and a copy of the signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
We will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement, repair, or missing-part shipment as required.
9. Split Shipments
To speed up processing, your order may arrive in multiple parcels or consignments. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
10. Risk & Ownership
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered.
Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received and cleared.
11. Rural, Remote & Special Locations
Deliveries to farms, game reserves, universities, or construction sites may require special arrangements and could take longer.
For gated estates or security complexes, please ensure access codes or permissions are provided to the courier.
12. Packaging & Assembly
Some larger items or equipment may ship flat-packed and require basic assembly.
Assembly services are not included unless otherwise specified.
13. Holiday & Promotional Periods
During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, festive season, or public holidays), please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
