  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Pilates Warehouse reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has cleared.

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process your payment for the total amount of your order.
  • Pilates Warehouse is not responsible for any banking or transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

All return requests must be made in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

6. Warranty

Our products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.

Pilates Warehouse shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use of our equipment should always comply with the intended Pilates purpose and safety guidelines.
